PATRICK J WHITFILL

Born April 4, 1945 in Fort Worth, Texas, Mr. Patrick J. Whitfill began his service to our Nation on June 4, 1968 as a Department of the Army Civilian at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. In 1969, he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army through the ROTC Program. He was the Distinguished Graduate of his Signal Officer Basic Course in April 1969.
